Paula
Paula joined the practice in December 2016 as the Chief Operations Officer for Pinnacle Eye Group and Great Lakes Vision Care. Having retired from banking, Paula's background is in management and customer service. Paula has extensive training and taught organizational management at Spring Arbor University. Paula’s responsibilities recently changed to include bookkeeping, finance, and compliance. Paula is a long-time Bedford resident and the proud mother of three sons and four grandchildren. Paula and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time together.
Hannah M.
Hannah joined Pinnacle Eye Group in 2016 as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant. She has transitioned to the role of medical scribe but can do a little bit of everything. If she is not in the clinic area, you might be greeted by her infectious smile at the front desk. She likes to provide each patient with an enjoyable experience and to make sure they are comfortable during their visit. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, pets, baking and shopping. |
Amy
Amy is a Licensed Dispensing Optician. She enjoys working with patients and helping them to choose their eyewear. Amy joined our team in January 2021, having worked in the optical field for over 25 years. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with my friends and family...in the sun and water preferably. Amy has four grown children, and they have blessed her with five amazing grandchildren that she is passionate about spoiling! She also loves her two fur babies, who get spoiled as much as the grandchildren.
Amber
Amber has over 29 years of optical experience and is a state-licensed dispensing optician. She joined our practice in 2010. Her responsibilities include ordering lenses, optical billing, lab work, and final inspecting of all eyeglasses. Amber is a happily married mother of two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, doing outdoor activities, and waterskiing.
Jade
Jade enjoys getting to know each patient which makes her a great fit for our optician team. She joined the Pinnacle team in October 2022 as a Patient Advocate and moved on to the role of optician. Jade graduated in 2020 with a criminal justice degree. She is obsessed with her cats - Luna, Aria, Mila and MamaCat. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and husband Trevor. |
Kelly
Kelly comes to Pinnacle Eye Group with over 15 years medical billing experience and has joined the team as our biller. When not working, she enjoys going to concerts and festivals with her friends and family. She is a proud mother to two adult children. She likes repurposing furniture and decorating. |
Nikki
Nikki returned to Pinnacle Eye Group March 2023 after an 18-month hiatus. She is working alongside our first impression team, and we are happy to have her back. She likes getting to know the patients and enjoys providing an excellent patient experience. Her previous experience as a pretester has been an asset as she interacts with patients. She enjoys camping, reading, and vacations to Tennessee with her husband and their three children. |
Joe
Joe joined our team in 2024 after moving back to the Bedford area from his time living in Hawaii. Joe is a 1992 graduate of Bedford High School and has deep roots in the community. Joe has 20+ years of experience as an Optician. In his free time he is learning Italian for his future trip to abroad and loves to travel. He can also be found helping out his Aunt and Dad around the family farm. |

Susan comes to Pinnacle Eye Group with over 22 years of medical billing experience |
Zoey
Zoey joined our practice in May of 2024. She is a paraoptometric technician and can also be found helping at the front desk welcoming patients. She enjoys being part of a wonderful and helpful team. Her smile is infectious, and she enjoys the interaction with patients. When not at work, you can find her crocheting or hanging out with her three cats, Heidi, Sunny, and Mumu.
